Conch is a large sea snail that is found in the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico. It has a spiral shell that can grow up to 12 inches long. The meat of the conch is white and firm, and it has a sweet, briny flavor. Conch is often grilled, fried, or made into a soup.
